Position Title: Audio/Visual Tech Coordinator
Accountable To: Director of Worship and Music
Position Classification: Part-time, non-exempt hourly
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Accountability for professional and accurate execution of all audio, video and livestreaming during worship services. Overseeing additional AV Tech staff and volunteers.
Support set-up audio components for musicians, singers
Training volunteer leaders and part-time staff on all aspects of the sound booth
Be the first line support when a volunteer or staff member is not present
Support the set-up of video functions that support worship (livestream, Youtube, etc)
Support the recording of worship services / sermons for use on website
Set up Livestreams for worship
Working knowledge of Wirecast, YouTube, and other programs that support livestreaming and recording worship.
Advise Director of Worship and Music on AV tech purchases
Ability to work other special events is desired
QUALIFICATIONS:
Significant live sound, video and livestream knowledge and experience
Creative and strategic with the ability to work independently, as well collaboratively.
Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks at the same time.
Gracious, positive and professional attitude

WORK HOURS
Sundays: Approx. 8am – 11am
Occasional seasonal mornings or evenings as needed
First call for weddings / funerals and other special events
