Altar Flowers 2020 Order Form

TLC Altar Flowers 2020
Would you like to order flowers to be displayed on the Altar during Sunday services at TLC?  Each beautiful bouquet arrangement is $40.00. To donate for 2020, please complete the form below. In addition to selecting which Sunday you'd like to have flowers on display, please write your dedication or message such as: "...in memory of...." or "in celebration of our 30th anniversary..." or "Happy Birthday to..." and so on.  Your dedication/message will be included in that week's Sunday bulletin; the TLC Weekly e-news, and the live-stream of the Sunday service.
More than one display of flowers/dedications may be on the altar (other people may order for the same Sunday).
You may take the flowers home after the last worship service of the day, or pick them up on Monday morning (check to be sure it's not a holiday closing).
